Steph is currently a Sr Engineering Manager at Honeycomb where she leads the App Enablement team. Her interests include Site Reliability Engineering, engineering management, and making both technical and people systems work better.

Steph attended Case Western Reserve University ('15) and is thrilled to be back in Cleveland for PyOhio, who welcomed her as a first-time speaker back in 2015.

She enjoys management and engineer career coaching through shippo careers, where she centers actionable career advice. Away from the keyboard, she enjoys playing and watching soccer, gardening with her husband and toddler daughter, and hanging out with her dog, Taz.

Mariatta is a Python Core Developer and the conference chair of PyCon US 2023 and 2024. She co-hosts the podcast series PyPodcats: Hidden Figures of Python, highlighting the voices of underrepresented group members in the Python community. For her contributions to the Python community, she received The PSF Community Service Award and is a PSF Fellow member. Trey Hunner helps developers level-up their Python skills through weekly emails and hands-on learning.

Trey runs the Python Morsels skill-building system and provides Python team training through his company, Truthful Technology LLC. He has also volunteered with the PSF, PyCon US, his local meetup, and open source Python projects.

Trey loves learning, teaching, and Python.
